RapidHeat Reviews UK: Is the RapidHeat Heater Legit?
Searching 'RapidHeat reviews' or 'is RapidHeat a scam'? Here's what we could check, what we couldn't, and how to buy without risk.
Quick answer
RapidHeat appears to be a real product sold by a real UK-facing retailer: clear VAT-inclusive prices, free tracked delivery, a 30-day money-back guarantee and UK support. Some marketing claims (like very low running costs) need context, and we couldn't verify the star ratings, so we don't repeat them.

Our verdict
Legit, with sensible caution. The RapidHeat Heater is a compact ceramic plug-in heater with useful features (thermostat, remote, timer, overheat shut-off). It suits one small room. The buying terms are clear. Treat bold savings claims as marketing, and buy only from the official store.

What we could not verify
- Star ratings and review counts on the seller's page. We found no independent source, so we leave them out.
- Safety certificates. They aren't published. Ask the seller if you need them.
- Health benefits of the filter. The seller describes it as antimicrobial. We've seen no independent evidence of health effects.
- Exact warm-up times. These depend on room size, insulation and starting temperature.
Seller claims checked
| Claim | Our take |
|---|---|
| Warms a room in about 5 minutes | Plausible for the air near a small room's heater. Larger or colder rooms take longer |
| Cuts your energy bills | Only if it replaces central heating for the whole house. Electricity costs the same per kWh |
| Very cheap to run | About 41p per hour at 1.5 kW on a 27p/kWh tariff. Less on low or with the thermostat cycling |
| Quiet | Ceramic fan heaters are usually quiet but not silent |

- Payment only by bank transfer or gift card.
- No UK contact details, returns policy or delivery terms.
- Countdown timers and "only 2 left" pressure that resets when you reload.
- Health or "cuts bills by 90%" claims with no evidence.

Frequently asked questions
Is RapidHeat legit or a scam?
The official store (getrapidheat.co.uk) lists clear prices including VAT, free tracked UK delivery, a 30-day money-back guarantee and UK customer support. Those are signs of a real retailer. As with any online purchase, buy only from the official site and pay by card or PayPal for extra protection.
Are RapidHeat reviews genuine?
We can't independently verify the star ratings or reviews shown on the seller's site, so we don't repeat them here. Look for detailed reviews on independent platforms and treat any rating without a source with caution.
Does the RapidHeat Heater actually work?
It's a ceramic plug-in heater of about 1.0 kW (low) or 1.5 kW (high). Heaters of that power can warm a small room such as a bedroom or home office. It won't heat a whole house, and it's not meant to.
Does RapidHeat really cut energy bills?
No heater lowers the cost of electricity. A plug-in heater can save money only if it lets you heat one room instead of running central heating for the whole home. Our running-costs guide shows the numbers.
Is RapidHeat sold on Amazon?
We only found it on the official store. Look-alike heaters sold elsewhere under different names may not include the same guarantee or support, so we link only to the official site.
What is the RapidHeat returns policy?
The seller offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Check the terms on the official site before ordering, including who pays return postage and the condition the product must be in.
How long does RapidHeat delivery take?
The seller offers free tracked UK delivery. Check the delivery estimate shown at checkout, as it can vary in busy periods.
Who makes the RapidHeat Heater?
It's sold through getrapidheat.co.uk. The seller doesn't publish detailed manufacturer information, which is common for direct-to-consumer heaters.
Is RapidHeat worth it?
It's worth considering if you want a compact, no-installation heater for one small room and like the remote, timer and thermostat. It's not the best choice for big or poorly insulated rooms.

How we researched this guide
We read the official seller's product page, delivery and returns information, and guidance from UK bodies such as Ofgem, the Energy Saving Trust and Electrical Safety First. We have not lab-tested the RapidHeat Heater, and we don't publish customer reviews we can't verify. Anything the seller claims is labelled as their claim. Last reviewed: October 2026.
